Digital files are delivered immediately. If the file is not as described on the product page, ask for a refund within 7 days using the About form and your order reference.

When we refund

We refund when the listing was materially wrong (wrong product, missing file, or a broken download). We do not refund because a public headline moved after you bought the brief, or because you wanted legal advice.

How

Refunds go back through the original method (Stripe, SEPA/IBAN, Wise, PayPal, or transfer). Unpaid saved orders are cancelled on request at no charge.
