These terms are the contract for buying a digital file from Friday Sheets, operated by Negah Tech.

The product

You buy a digital file (usually a zip of PDFs). Delivery is immediate after payment. There is no physical shipping and no subscription unless a listing says otherwise.

Who may buy

You must be 18 or older. If the file is a children's worksheet, you are buying it for your household or classroom. We do not sell to children.

Not advice

Sheets are practice pages. They are not a school, not medical advice, and not a diagnosis. Briefs are operator notes with named public sources, not legal or financial advice.

Price

The price on the product page is listed in USD. If you pay by SEPA, send the EUR amount shown on the pay page with the exact payment reference. One-time unless stated.

Acceptable use

Do not resell the file as your own product. Do not present it as counsel.

Liability

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for decisions you make after reading a brief. Maximum liability is the amount you paid for that order.
